Founders Sneha and Devesh combined their distinct yet complementary expertise to solve this problem. Devesh, with his extensive IT consulting background, builds the “what” that powers your strategy forward. With a 10+ year career in IT consulting and a strong academic foundation in Computing, he specializes in aligning technology with tangible business needs.

His expertise spans software development, data management, and the implementation of powerful digital tools and automation. Devesh is skilled at working across diverse sectors, designing and delivering practical, results-oriented solutions that solve complex problems. As an experienced lecturer and workshop leader, he is also passionate about demystifying technology and empowering teams to embrace innovation.

With over 10 years of experience and an MSc in Management for Business Excellence, she is a master of methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Gemba practices.

Sneha has led successful transformation projects across both manufacturing and service industries, consistently delivering significant gains in operational efficiency.
